(((PLATE POW))) –1: make sure you get your pivoting foot turned all the way around so its always facing the same way as your other foot. 12 reps ea side — 2: Stay in those heels! Keep your chest up! 10 shuffles each way. (10 presses ea arm) — 3: transition side lunges. Make sure you push your butt back and reach w/ your opposite hand — 45 secs –4 ROUNDS!
